Why SecureLoad

Built for Real Cargo Engineering, Not Just Another Maritime Software

“SecureLoad brings a physics-grade calculation engine, 3D stowage and ship to shore workflows into one environment.

Built by naval architects and cargo engineers, it replaces scattered tools and spreadsheets with a single, defensible flow from first scenario to final sign-off.”

Our Mission & Story

What SecureLoad Exists To Solve

For most cargo operations today, the “real work” still lives in fragmented spreadsheets, legacy PC-based loading tools and disconnected 3D / lashing applications. Every complex job spawns its own folder of files, screenshots and email threads, hard to trace, harder to standardise.

That makes it difficult to see one clear technical story from first intake idea to final, surveyor-ready plan. Ship and shore often work from different versions of the truth, and hard-won engineering knowledge doesn’t always turn into repeatable patterns.

SecureLoad exists to change that. The mission is simple: make cargo operations intelligent, predictable and almost effortless without diluting the depth of the underlying physics or the judgement of experienced people.

Who’s Behind SecureLoad

A joint venture between Admaren Tech and Hoppe Marine, one of the most respected names in ballast automation.

Built by teams with years of experience in loading computers, cargo engineering, hydrostatics and 3D visualisation.

Already proven in demanding environments such as advanced MPP and heavy-lift vessels, with a roadmap that follows real operator and engineer needs; not generic “maritime app” trends.

What Makes SecureLoad Different

Physics-Grade Core

Physics-Grade Core

Class-style stability and strength calculations with a structural, engineering-first mindset. Built to stand up to surveyors, MWS and internal technical scrutiny; not just pretty dashboards.
Unified Platform

Unified Platform

Loading computer, 3D stowage, lashing and fleet planning live in one ecosystem. Vessel, cargo and scenario data stay in sync, so every check tells the same story.
Web-Native Workflows

Web-Native Workflows

Browser-based access for ship and shore with modern UX and clear version history. Work on approved scenarios, collaborate in context, and leave “which file is latest?” behind.
Built With Practitioners

Built With Practitioners

Co-designed with operators, heavy-lift engineers and ballast automation specialists. Roadmap and features follow real jobs, vessels and standards; not generic software trends.

Why Teams Move From the Old Ways to SecureLoad

vs Spreadsheets & Ad-Hoc Tools

Before – Spreadsheets & Ad-Hoc Tools

  • Manual re-entry of cargo and vessel data into multiple files and templates.
  • Assumptions buried in individual spreadsheets that only one person really understands.
  • Hard to audit, hard to hand over, and easy to lose the “real” final version.

After – SecureLoad

  • Shared vessel and cargo models reused across scenarios, vessels and projects.
  • One source of truth linking 3D layouts, checks and documentation.
  • Audit-ready outputs that make it clear what was assumed, checked and approved.
vs Legacy Loading PCs / Point Systems

Before – Isolated Loading PCs & Point Solutions

  • Desktop-only tools tied to a single machine and user.
  • Limited or no integration with 3D stowage, motions or lashing tools.
  • No real fleet view; every vessel is an island.

After – SecureLoad Platform

  • Onboard + cloud, with web access for ship and shore where policies allow.
  • Integrated 3D, lashing and fleet planning built around the same methods.
  • Consistent rules, templates and practices applied across similar vessels and trades.

Deep Engineering and Trusted Partnerships

SecureLoad is built by people who live in cargo engineering and heavy-lift work; not just software. The platform is designed around structural integrity, stability and real-world operating envelopes, with methods aligned to class-grade practice and surveyor expectations. Behind every screen is the same focus: make serious engineering easier to apply, not easier to ignore.
Joint Venture with Hoppe Marine

Co-developed by Admaren Tech and Hoppe Marine, a long-standing ballast and automation specialist.

Combines loading, ballast and cargo engineering expertise in one ecosystem.

Track Record & Experience

  • 800+ engineering and visualization projects delivered by the founding teams.
  • Years of work on loading computers, cargo calculations and 3D ship modelling.

How We Work With Your Fleet

Discovery & Fit

We start by understanding your vessels, trades and internal rules. Together, we map where SecureLoad makes sense, which modules to use, and what a realistic rollout plan looks like as per segment, fleet or project.

Onboarding & Training

We help set up and validate vessel data, align methods and margins, and run practical workshops for ship and shore teams. You get clear documentation so SecureLoad becomes part of your normal way of working, not a side tool.

Ongoing Support & Evolution

Once live, you have access to support channels, structured feedback loops and roadmap discussions. We review real cases with you, refine standards and evolve the setup as your fleet, trades and requirements change.

Security, Reliability and Governance

Security

Role-based access, SSO/RBAC options and clear permission boundaries between vessels, offices and partners. Data is protected in transit and at rest, with environments and controls that can be aligned to your IT policies.

Reliability

Built and tested on real operations, not lab demos. Versioning, backups and recovery processes help ensure that scenarios, vessel data and reports are available when you need them.

Governance

Central rules, templates and approval paths mean vessels and offices follow the same playbook. You can define who approves what, which cases become references, and how standards are rolled out across the fleet.

Heavy-lift and project campaigns

MPP Heavy-Lift Fleet

Helped a multi-vessel MPP fleet move from one-off spreadsheets to repeatable 3D stows and loading checks, cutting rework at ports and making MWS reviews more predictable.

Deck Carriers & Barges

Supported deck carrier and barge teams in planning large modules and units with clearer clearance, lashing and envelope checks, reducing on-deck changes and back-and-forth with clients.

Industrial Projects / EPC

Enabled project and EPC teams to test vessel options early, standardise how project transports are engineered, and reuse proven patterns across similar campaigns and corridors.
