A single environment for cargo planning, technical verification, and fleet wide visibility. Built to bring order, clarity, and consistency to every planning decision ashore
The world’s first web based loading computer with advanced 3D visualization, sensor integration, and automated ballast control. Designed for fully compliant onboard execution.
A modern 3D stowage planner with a CAD grade interface and intelligent workflows that turn unstructured packing-list enquiries into clear, compliant stowage plans.
Acceleration & 3D Lashing solution for unitized cargo, built on IMO CSS and CTU Code standards and powered by advanced force calculation algorithms.
Cloud-based FEA structural response twin of the vessel for smarter cargo planning and real time structural response and monitoring.
Planning in SecureLoad begins before the vessel is involved.
Commercial and project management teams plan cargo intake, stowage layouts, and loading concepts using approved vessel models accessible from shore. Planning is grounded in real geometry and operational constraints, not indicative assumptions.
At this stage, teams answer practical questions early:
As cargo layouts and loading sequences are developed, the system verifies hydrostatic stability, longitudinal strength, draft limits, accelerations and structural response. If a plan cannot remain compliant throughout the operation, it is identified immediately.Â
Once a plan is finalized, it moves directly into execution without re-creation. The verified loading condition is transferred to the vessel’s SecureLoad Loading Computer. The onboard team executes the operation using the same data set that was planned and verified ashore.
SecureLoad operates as a class-approved loading computer during execution, integrated with onboard sensors and systems.
Execution does not end visibility.
SecureLoad maintains continuous synchronization between ship and shore, allowing office teams to monitor loading operations in real time and ensuring that execution remains within the approved envelope. Monitoring extends beyond cargo completion.
Supports early-stage cargo feasibility by enabling freight forwarders to evaluate whether a cargo can be transported within physical and operational constraints before vessel commitment.
For wet and dry bulk operations, SecureLoad evaluates cargo distribution within the holds, performs the required ballast calculation, and verifies whether a technically compliant loading condition exists.
As operational conditions change, teams can quickly re-check feasibility and monitor the loading condition throughout the operation, supporting effective coordination between ship and shore.Â
Routine stability and strength checks are shifted into the planning workflow, while optimized ballast calculation replaces manual tank-filling iterations, allowing engineering teams to focus on complex and non-standard scenarios.
Project teams gain direct visibility into how cargo decisions affect the vessel, allowing better planning and enabling only complex or non-standard scenarios to be escalated to engineering.
The approved loading plan prepared ashore is directly available onboard through the vessel’s local network, reducing manual ballast calculations and allowing the crew to execute cargo operations confidently without re-creatingÂ
